Ken has extensive Real Estate experience as an investor for about twenty years.  Utilizing his Engineering and construction background, he has flipped several houses throughout the years.  He has been on both the buy side and the sell side on many transactions and has proven to be a strong negotiator.  Additionally, he manages the couple’s rental properties and offers his services as a Property Manager.  Ken is an excellent source of knowledge for buyers, sellers, renters, or for anyone looking for investment properties.
